Signing Your Dog Over To Us

We will need as much information as possible on your dog.

 

How old they are, likes, dislikes, also what food they're on and the reason you need to rehome your dog.

 

We aren't here to judge so honesty is the best policy.

 

We will also need you to complete a surrender form (above) once we agree to take your dog under us at Lola's Legacy Dog Rescue.

 

They will be in the best hands and will usually go to one of our trusted fosterers to be assessed before being rehomed.

 

We will (if not already) get them vaccinated, de- flead, wormed, vaccinated microchipped and neutered.

If they need any other vet treatment we will also make sure they get t

his too.

Lastly we can and will keep you updated for as long as you need.
